My Name is… Choklate
I am… Sewper happy that the sun in shining in Seattle right now and that the Summer is shaping up to be so beautiful and dope after all the daggone rain and cloudy days this year…oh! and Im an international singer/songwriter hailing from and based in Seattle, WA whose most known for hip hop and soul esque musical musings tho I like to rawk out every now and then as well.
I like it when…. I get inquiries regarding performing in other places around the world, specifically places I’ve never been and from people who are surprised to learn that I am from Seattle. I totally get a kick outta that.
One thing I wish the Northwest would share with the world is… Hmmmm…beside my music???? *grimace* well…we’ve already exported Starbucks, Washington Red Apples, Chateu St. Michelle and the Sonics…I guess the proper next step would be Ivars. They should go national…that’s good fish. OR EZELLS! EZELLS IS THE BOMB! lol…Yeah…Ezells….those chicken strips, biscuits & Faygo will be the death of my waistline.
One thing I wish the world would share with the Northwest is… money…and lots of it…nothin wrong w/ a lil bit’o green for de talent ahn tings! Cheah! lol…I’m in a sewper goofy mood this mornin…my bad.
Something I have coming up is… My next record! We’re going into mixing and mastering soon and I am just really excited about the music, collabs, partnerships and the next stage in my career!!!! Whoohoooo!
This is exciting because… it’s always mad dope to turn around in the middle of your grind and realize that the people in the town still gotcha back and are checkin for ya no matter what and on that note thanks for bein so kind as to reach out and I really do genuinely appreciate your support and love.
