This time FRSH SLCTS offers up “Higher” – the forward-aspiring first single from Portland supergroup – TxE (pronounced T and E).
Made up of rappers TOPE and Epp with producer/multi-instrumental G_Force (aka Calvin Valentine)
The group has been making quite the buzz in the Rose City with show-stopping live appearances over the past two years, and they aim to bring that same excitement worldwide this winter w/ their forthcoming full-length debut, We Get It In True.
Joining them for the anthemic jumpoff – “Higher” features an aromatic lead verse from Strong Arm Steady member Phil The Agony, as well as an assist on the hook from longtime friend of the group & PDX veteran, Illmaculate.
