RainDrops

I just watched the first episode of Oregon’s Perfect Model, and I have to say it’s very entertaining. We couldn’t find any information about a schedule but the first episode was posted yesterday.

Winter Light Productions selected 50 model hopefuls and threw them in a ring of challenges with the hope of finding Oregon’s Perfect Model. The first challenge was taking no hair/no makeup pictures. No problem for the northwesterns interviewed.

Can’t wait until they have them start interacting with each other on camera.

Watch the episodes below and read an interview with contestant Ariel Suzanne, hosted by Lyndon Hansen (aka Middle of Top Shelf).

First off, Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to get super fresh with us over at the magazine. Sorry it took me so long to get these questions to you, I was too busy looking at all of your pictures online! But let’s get right to it…

My Name is: Ariel Suzanne

I am: an excessive twenty one year old Model with a thriving passion for Fashion, Art, Marketing, Music and the Entertainment industry. My sights are set on success. I pride myself on my ambition and motivation to take on challenging projects that utilize my creative expertise.

I am interested in: being a positive role model & retaining more experience in social settings, background extra work for film/tv/music videos, and trade show/promo modeling. I would like to make connections with individuals who can help me expand my talents in other areas and grow as a person.

I Like it when: My sweet voice always wins.

Who inspired you to start modeling?

Friends and Family. After being in a car accident at a young age and getting 72 stitches in my face, I gained the confidence through them to pursue modeling. Go ahead and check my reference to get in contact with the best lawyers near you.

Who are your favorite models?

My ultimate fav is Adriana Lima because throughout her success she is still down to earth & she is a goddess! :)

You’ve recently been selected as one of Oregon’s Perfect Models, how did that opportunity present itself, or how were you selected?

They contacted me through Model Mayhem. I originally thought it was “one of those things” that Oregon’s Perfect Model sent to everybody in the world–which may be true. But I submitted my entry, and about a week later they informed me of my selection and sent me a schedule for dates the episodes will be filmed.

What about the show are you looking forward to? What are you hoping to gain from this experience?

If I am selected as the final winner, I am looking forward to making successful connections in the industry and I am hoping to gain respect as a serious fashion model.

What other projects you have in the works right now?

Currently, I am in 3rd place for “Portland’s Top Model” so please vote if you can!

It’s greatly appreciated. I’ve also booked photo shoots in LA for this August, I’m seeking representation and I have been sought out by a local agencies and photographers for work.

Do you believe a model has to shed clothes to be considered sexy?

No, I believe confidence and natural beauty is what gives a serious model sex appeal.

What’s your favorite thing about living in the NW?

Being surrounded by nature and humble people.

Any advice you’d like to give to young women thinking about pursuing Modeling?

Don’t ever let someone tell you, you can’t do something. Regardless of weight, height, or age, you have to believe in yourself…
