My Name is… Zach Ancell
I am… A Photographer and Digital Artist in Portland, Oregon.
I like it when…. I’m at home relaxing, enjoying a good meal, and letting my son (3-year old miniature dachshund) sleep on my lap.
One thing I wish the Northwest would share with the world is… the friendliness. I love when you go out for a meal and it’s a little bit slower paced. It never feels like they are trying to rush you out the door. And everyone always seems to have a smile on their face (even when it’s raining half the year Smile)
One thing I wish the world would share with the Northwest is… some professional sports! I grew up in Denver where we have NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and MLS sports teams represented. You can’t even get all of those combining Portland and Seattle… I’d love to see a NFL team in Portland but I don’t see that happening ANYTIME soon.
Something I have coming up is… a lot of personal projects. I’m looking to add some different aspects to my photography and thus I have to work on a lot of smaller projects to do so.
This is exciting because… it will hopefully lead to some awesome projects with some new clients. And, it’s always a fun process to refine your artistic vision and work on something totally new and different.
